The college application results ...

Well, the results are finally in .. and Lora is 2:3:4.

Yes = Emory and UGA
Waitlisted = Duke, Vanderbilt and Rice
No = Yale, Harvard, Princeton and Stanford

For now we will put in a deposit at Emory and wait to hear from those schools that have waitlisted her. She says that Emory is a great school and a great fit for her interests ... except that it is only a 45 minute drive from home.

So ... I guess we are still waiting ...

Lora - Prom 2009

Lora's senior prom was on March 23 at the Biltmore Hotel. Lora's date, Evan (who she met at St. Hugh's College of Oxford) flew in from Beaumont, Texas for the event. The weekend started out right with a win in her Varsity soccer game 1-0 against Grady the night before and finished with a 1st place award in the State level of the Reflections competition in photography.
